The current Committee is operating short-handed and needs additional members to share the workload.
Management of the Club is based on a portfolio system in which each Committee member is responsible for one or more key areas.
Member liaison is not receiving sufficient attention at present.
You will be responsible for identifying and contacting members who have not competed for some time to rekindle enthusiasm and a return to racing or a volunteer role.
This role would suit an out-going personality with human resources experience.
